Agreement
By using luxier.limo or booking transportation with Luxier Worldwide Transportation ("Luxier"), you agree to these terms.
Reservations and payment
Reservations are processed through our reservation platform and are subject to vehicle availability. Quoted rates may exclude gratuity, tolls, airport fees, wait time beyond included allowances, and additional stops unless stated otherwise. A valid payment method may be required to confirm a booking.
Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation windows and fees vary by vehicle type and service; the applicable policy is presented at the time of booking. No-shows may be charged in full. For airport pickups, complimentary wait time applies as described at booking; additional wait time may be billed.
Service
Luxier provides duly licensed chauffeured transportation. Trips outside our home service area may be fulfilled by vetted affiliate operators under Luxier coordination. Routes and vehicles may be substituted with comparable alternatives to maintain service. Passengers are responsible for damage to vehicles beyond normal wear, and for complying with applicable law (including no smoking and, where applicable, alcohol restrictions).
Delays and force majeure
Luxier is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, traffic, flight changes, or acts of authorities. We track flights for airport transfers and adjust pickups accordingly where information is available.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxier's liability arising out of any trip or use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the applicable trip. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for disputes lies in Orange County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
